The price per treatment is 30euro*.
Depending on the prescription and your personal situation, the mutuality will refund about 23,75 euro.
*For the first treatment there is an additional administrative cost of 7euro. This will be fully reimbursed by the mutuality.

You are kindly requested to pay for each following scheduled treatment in advance. Concretely, this means payment for the first two treatments at once; then you pay each time for your next treatment and no payment is needed for the last treatment.

Should you not be able to be at the scheduled time/day of your appointment, please inform me 24 hours in advance by SMS/email/phone.
If no or late notice is given, the treatment will be charged.
